Zambelli's Property Maintenance is owner-operated by Steve Zambelli, right here in Rome, Maine. What started as a hands-on way to help neighbors keep their driveways clear in the winter has grown into a full-service property maintenance and land care business serving the entire Belgrade Lakes region.

We believe in doing things the old-fashioned way: show up when you said you would, do the work right, charge a fair price, and stand behind it. When Steve gives you an estimate, that's the price. When a storm rolls in, your driveway is on the list. When you've got a yard full of ugly old stumps, we'll turn them stumps into lawn.

We handle residential and commercial snow plowing all winter long, stump removal and grinding, brush cutting, lawn and field mowing, and spring and fall cleanups.
